Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
N-Arylacetamides such as acetaminophen are important systems in medicinal chemistry. Reductive acetylation of nitroarenes is noted to be an efficient route for their preparation. Protocols were developed for one-pot reductive acetylation of nitroarenes in the presence of various catalysts under varied conditions. Current work studied the catalytic effect of metallic copper and supported copper systems towards the reductive acetylation of nitroarenes under mild condition. The influence of the supporting materials such as SiO, AlO, TiO and HAp (hydroxyapatite) was studied by comparing the activity of Cu/SiO with that of Cu/TiO, Cu/AlO and Cu/HAp. Cu/SiO system emerged out as an efficient catalyst. In the first part of the reaction of reduction of nitrobenzene to aniline, both 4 wt% Cu–AlO and 4 wt% Cu–HAp lead to partial conversion till the formation of azoxybenzene, whereas 4 wt% Cu–TiO showed 31% conversion of aniline. However, with 4 wt% Cu–SiO, 100% conversion of aniline was achieved. Acetylation of the system afforded 97% yield of N-phenylacetamide. The activity of the catalyst was also tested for selected nitroarenes. Characterization by powder XRD, XPS, TEM, BET measurements, TPR study assisted in demonstrating the efficacy of SiO-supported Cu.
