Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
KGd(WO 4 ) 2 micro-crystals doped with Yb 3+ /Er 3+ /Tm 3+, Yb 3+ /Er 3+ /Ho 3+ and Yb 3+ /Tm 3+ /Ho 3+ exhibit multicolor up-conversion luminescence in the VIS and NIR spectral ranges under 980 nm laser diode excitation. These rare earth-doped KGd(WO 4 ) 2 micro-crystalline powders were synthesized using the modified Pechini method. XRD was used to confirm the monoclinic phase of these compounds. The SEM images analysis showed that the average size of the micro-crystals was smaller than 1 μm. The influence of the size and shape of micro-crystals on vibrational properties was investigated for the first time using the μ-Raman spectroscopy. The obtained results suggest that the KGd(WO 4 ) 2 powders doped with Yb 3+ /Er 3+ /Tm 3+, Yb 3+ /Er 3+ /Ho 3+ and Yb 3+ /Tm 3+ /Ho 3+ ions can be successfully used as new phosphors for the up-conversion based optoelectronic devices.
