Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
Typically, smaller metal - metal contributions are found in the EXAFS of zeolite supported metals compared to metals on nonporous supports. Two factors may account for this, i.e., (i) a smaller average coordination number, which is related to smaller metal particles, and (ii) an increase in the Debye - Waller factor indicating less ordered metal clusters. Based on experimental results as well as on theoretical calculations we compare both effects and assign the decrease in the metal - metal contributions to an exponential dampening of the EXAFS oscillations resulting from contributions of the zeolite lattice atoms. This leads to an increase in the Debye - Waller factor, which is not related to a decrease in the statistical order of the metal clusters supported on the zeolite. The model discussed can be used as an indication for the location of small metal clusters on porous supports. It is shown that a large value of Δσ, in addition to the particle size, can be used to determine the location of metal particles on microporous supports. © 2000 American Chemical Society.
