Il presente lavoro mira ad approfondire lo studio delle fattispecie di reato in campo informatico vigenti nell’ordinamento italiano e in quello sammarinese, nonché le fonti sovranazionali di riferimento, allo scopo di individuare il contesto politico-criminale e comparatistico in cui l’aggiornamento del diritto penale dell’informatica nel codice penale sammarinese può utilmente svolgersi. Hanno collaborato al presente lavoro Cecilia Ascani, Chiara Bigotti, Giulio Vanacore. This work aims to deepen the study of the criminal offenses against computer crimes both in Italian and in the San Marino legal system. An analysis of the international sources will be also given in order to identify the policy and comparative context, in which the updating of the computer crimes legislation in the San Marino penal code can usefully take place.
