Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
In this paper I propose a reading of Samanta Schweblin's short story, "La pesada valija de Benavides", and its transposition to film, in La valija de Benavidez (Laura Casabé, 2015). "La pesada valija de Benavides" is part of the short story collection El núcleo del disturbio, the Argentine writer's opera prima with which she won the National Fund for the Arts Award in 2001. The film La valija de Benavidez is a free adaptation, written and directed by Laura Casabé, whose debut in cinema was with the fantastic feature film El hada buena: una fábula peronista (2010). I am interested in focusing on the treatment of fear, madness and the world of art as they are configured in both texts, and, in this sense, to reflect on the ways in which terror is embodied in the plot through the aestheticization of violence.
