Article Description
El presente artículo investigativo se desarrolló con la finalidad de analizar la tendencia de la Gerencia en Venezuela y la dimensión “valor ético” en la misma. Algunos de los principales cambios en la actual sociedad que afectan a las organizaciones, son la tecnología, las comunicaciones, lo ambiental, el mercado, las innovaciones de productos materiales, las nuevas ideas, entre otros. Corresponde a los gerentes tomar las orientaciones necesarias, para asumir los distintos desafíos que la gerencia en Venezuela y el mundo moderno está exigiendo, desde diversas realidades resquebrajadas en la actualidad: políticas, económicas y sociales. No será limitante para los líderes gerenciales hacer efectivo y eficaz las competencias en la gestión empresarial, desde una dimensión “valor ético”; pues deben partir desde nuestra conciencia, desde los valores y la ética desde las organizaciones hacia nuestro entorno, en este contexto el artículo se realiza en el marco paradigmático cualitativo, pues de acuerdo a su nivel teórico se apoya al método bibliográfico a través del análisis de documentos. Para recolectar la información se emplearon fuentes impresas y electrónicas que permitieron realizar una revisión exhaustiva, sistemática y rigurosa para alcanzar el objetivo de estudio.
