Article Description

In this study, the distribution of the frequencies of AGTR1 alleles and genotypes was first studied, and an association of polymorphic markers 1166 A> C in the AGTR1 gene was detected in patients with type 1 diabetes in the Uzbek population, and an early marker of nephrin in serum was detected in 32.5% of patients development of increased albumin excretion, which indicates the possibility of using this protein as an early prognostic marker of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 1 diabetes.
