article description
The primary purpose of the article is to study the mobile banking strategies used by financial institutions with the secondary purpose to study the willingness of the financial institutions in providing mobile banking. Just several years ago, financial institutions began to face technological challenges including whether to adopt mobile banking services. The survey results reported in this article showed that credit unions were more likely to provide mobile banking services, but commercial banks tended to offer more comprehensive mobile service features than credit unions.
