conference paper description
The problem of congestion control in the available bit rate (ABR) class of asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) networks was discussed. The presence of multiple delays, magnitude and rate constraints necessitates the development of a control algorithm for these networks. A fixed-structure controller for the network was developed to solve a robust tracking control problem in which the target was a threshold on the queue level.
