Dr. Frank Laubach was a prominent Protestant missionary to the Philippines for much of his career. He became particularly well known for his emphasis on the importance of literacy and it is believed that millions around the world learned to read using the "Each One Teach One" program he developed. In 1969 Dr. Laubach was a visiting professor at Asbury Theological Seminary, where he taught the course Literacy Evangelism. This course was recorded in its entirety and is now freely available to the general public.
