Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
The use of information technology (IT) infrastructure alongside Business Intelligence/Business Analytics (BI/BA) strategies, had initially faced a lot of barriers for implementation. Business uncertainty regarding the potential of IT infrastructure as a practical mechanism to incorporate alongside the integration of BI/BA applications, was just one of the many barriers to implementation that was presented in the literature. Although many companies have begun to realize the effectiveness of BI/BA integration on decision-making and organizational control, minimal research has been done to explore the direct effect of BI/BA investments towards fostering improved organizational performance. In this study, we propose a conceptual framework to determine to what extent the implementation of BI/BA, alongside the presence of readiness factors influences firm performance. The findings of our research will define the potential of BI/BA to improve a company's organizational performance allowing for purposeful investment in BI/BA.
