Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Thesis / Dissertation Description
With the prevalence of ethical dilemmas in different business organizations across the globe, business leaders see the need to develop and improve their systems and corporate spirituality to handle problems and improve operations. One of the most vital organizations in this society is the banking institution which plays the valuable role of financial intermediation and the creation of financial products and services that benefit businesses and consumers alike. Thus, this research sought to determine whether a relationship exists between ethical systems and corporate spirituality, and financial performance of selected universal banks in the Philippines. To achieve the desired results, the proponents distributed survey questionnaires to 38 rank and file employees of four universal banks and made use of Spearman's Rank Correlation to analyze the results of the data. The results showed that ethical systems and corporate spirituality have a significant correlation with operating profit margin and net profit margin which are two out of the five selected indications of financial performance. The results of this study will greatly benefit businesses whose role is not to generate income but also to address the concerns of their various stakeholders.
