Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Thesis / Dissertation Description
This dissertation is an attempt to come up with a substantive theory that supports and explains the stakeholders experiences with the Dominican mission of education in the Dominican learning institutions in the Philippines. The expressions and thoughts of the twenty six participants ranging from Dominican administrators to students as regards their meaningful encounter with the educational mission of the Dominicans, were analyzed and coded using the Barney Glasers original grounded theory methodology. Living the Dominican Charism in Education which has emerged as the stakeholders main concern is labeled as the core category and this is resolved conceptually by four major categories and processes, namely: 1.) Articulating the Dominican Charism in relation to the Dominican Mission of Education 2.) Facing the Challenge of Living the Dominican Charism in Education 3.) Incarnating the Dominican Charism in Education 4.) Modelling the Educative Outcomes of the Dominican Charism in Education. The study discovered that the interrelated concepts brought about by the expressions of the stakeholders experiences could be used as a theoretical ground in understanding the lived phenomenon taking place in Dominican learning institutions. The concerns, consciousness, thoughts, and observations of people involved in Dominican learning institutions reflect the dimensions of the living the Dominican charism process of the Dominican educational mission. Living the Dominican Charism in Education brings a coherent framework that can help stakeholders in a Dominican learning institution, as well as other educational institutions, better understand the processes of their lived educational mission inspired by their congregational/religious charism. Keywords: Grounded Theory, Core Category, Major Categories, Categories, Properties, Dominican Mission of Education (DME), Charism.
