Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Artifact Description
This paper describes the trainee’s experience during his on-the job training at Network Spares and Documents Management Division of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) on which actual problems pertaining to systems and process flows were encountered. For the duration of the training, theories and methods in engineering profession, including, but not limited to Engineering Processes, Computer Programming and Engineering Management, were applied so as to come-up with a practicum project. This practicum project is a series of processes and system changes hovering from recommendation and proposal to implementation, and eventually evaluation of the project. The practicum report is divided into four chapters namely: Introduction, Practicum Program, Practicum Project and Summary and Conclusion. Chapter I: Introduction discusses the background of the company where the trainee spent his practicum hours, the objective of the practicum and the significance of the practicum project. Chapter II: Practicum Program summarizes the practicum schedule, type of training undergone, problems encountered and lessons learned during the training. Chapter III: Practicum Project, describes the special project that the trainee worked on during his stay at PLDT. iv Chapter IV: Practicum Assessment gives an evaluation of the practicum program and project in the training institution and recommendation for future projects.
