Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Image Description
The front (west) side of the President's House. Three children occupy the front steps. Four large pillars front the house with a large porch and a second floor balcony. Macnie Hall is seen to the south with a woman sitting on its steps. Built in 1902 for President and Mrs. Webster Merrifield, the Colonial Revival building designed by Joseph H. DeRemer cost approximately $25,000 and contained many modern conveniences. The home consists of two stories with an attic which contained a large ballroom and small bedrooms. Constructed of granite and brick, the main floor contained a large parlor, living room, refectory, President's study, kitchen, pantry and hallways. The second floor was divided into five bedrooms. The house also had three fireplaces, bathrooms on each floor, speaking tubes, a dumbwaiter, electric lights and bells and a telephone. Presidents Frank McVey, Thomas Kane, and John C. West also resided there. During George Starcher's presidency, the home became a men's dormitory, Oxford House. From 1964-1971, the Art Department occupied the home. In 1973, the house placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today it is home to the University Alumni Association.
