This letter, dated March 23, 1955, from United States (US) Senator William Langer to Adrian Foote of Raub, North Dakota, makes reference to Foote's letter of March 19. Langer assures Foote that he has met with Foote's delegation and is "doing everything possible to help and see that these people get their money."Langer adds that he has been in touch with Commissioner Emmons of the US Bureau of Indian Affairs and will continue to do everything he can.
