Artifact Description
Key elements of Human Rights to Water and Sanitation (HRWS) are classi- fied into two; Five normative criteria (avail- ability, accessibility, acceptability, affordability, and quality,) and five principles (equality and non-discrimination, accountability, sustainability, participation, and information access and transparency). This study presents a review of the domestication of HRWS in legislations and institutions in Kenya.
