Lecture / Presentation Description
The technical mastery and brilliant career of Enrico Caruso highlighted the operatic stage of the early twentieth century. Believing that each student should develop his own method of vocal production, Caruso refused to create a structured pedagogical book. However, his thoughts and practices of vocal production led to foundational methods and techniques for breath control, diction, and practicing that every student should apply to their own vocal pursuits.
