Article Description
Sal is the oldest brother in the Vela family. He was born December 25, 1931. He attended Hoover School into the 7th grade, and he graduated from 8th grade at the "white" 17th Street School in 1946. Sal attended Huntington Beach Union HS 1946-1950 graduating in 1950.
