Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Interview Description
Central Washington University is in short supply of community these days; the Central Washington Brewery Program is without adequate facilities. The solution: CWU Brew-House, an on campus, hands on facility equipped with the necessary tools for students interested in learning how to produce, market, and distribute craft beer; products sold at the CWU Brew- house will generate revenue to continue and expand the CWU Brewery Program and the Brew-House. Students in the Brewery Program will facilitate the CWU Brew-House to effectively meet the programs objectives. CWU Brew-House targets CWU students, alumni, and tourists along with the Ellensburg community. The Pacific Northwest is a power house of craft beer consumers. Within the past three years the majority of nano-breweries operating in the PNW have doubled in revenue their first two years of operation. The media covering craft beer in the PNW would help booster CWU and the Brew-House. Opportunities are rampant: student driven prices create an affordable product for consumers; it is close in proximity to students which provides an area for community and social gatherings; it is educationally driven, encouraging other programs and majors to come together to strengthen the operations. Programs and majors include business, recreation and tourism, biology, chemistry, culinary, fashion and merchandising. A competitor analysis shows that there is no brewery in Washington driven by a high level educational institution. The mission of CWU Brew-House is to provide an educational environment for students while producing quality craft beer at an affordable price in the Pacific Northwest community.
