If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Ram Island Ledge lighthouse is located in Casco Bay, Maine. The granite tower was built in 1905 and automated in 1959. In 2001, the light was converted to solar power. Since 2010, the lighthouse has been privately owned. This is on the National Register of Historic Places (88000157).
