Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Thesis / Dissertation Description
The purpose of this investigation was to provide a detailed description of verbal and nonverbal behavior in the school-based consultation environment. Specifically, the primary aim of the present study was to reliably identify patterns of communication/interaction behaviors that might serve as functional components during Problem Identification Interviews. The major findings of this study were three-fold. First, congruent with previous research utilizing verbal and nonverbal coding systems (e.g. Bergan & Tombari, 1976; Gottman, Markman & Notarius, 1977; Tombari & Bergan, 1978), results of the current study indicated that communication/interaction behaviors could be "tracked" with high reliabilities. Second, descriptive and sequential data indicated that salient patterns of verbal and nonverbal behavior appear to be present across Problem Identification Interview sessions. In addition, when verbal and nonverbal behavior of individual consultants were compared, their behavior patterns appeared to be quite similar. However, it could not be determined from this study whether minor differences that were detectable between consultants had a significant and predictable impact on their respective consultees. Third, by combining the verbal and nonverbal data into integrated behavioral units it was possible to begin viewing the consultation environment from a complex, multidimensional perspective.
