Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Recorded Work Description
In this undated interview, Salvatore Ronald Felice, retired purchasing and stores superintendent of CTS and later RTA, talks about his experiences with mass transit in Cleveland from the early 1950s until the time of his retirement in the late 1980s. Mr. Felice, who was born in Alliance, Ohio, in 1935, came to Cleveland with his family in the early 1940s, living on the east side near the intersection of Cedar and Fairhill Roads. This was an Italian neighborhood and he talks about what the neighborhood was like in the 1940s. Felice attended St. Marian's grade school, Cathedral Latin High School, and John Carroll University. He began with CTS as a "track checker," later operated a trolley bus, and, after graduating from college, went into management with CTS. Mr. Felice recounts many interesting stories about mass transit in Cleveland during his working career, and also talks about the vibrant downtown and East 105th street areas of Cleveland in the 1950s. Mr. Felice moved to Parma in the 1960s and adds stories about the Parma he knew in the 1960s and 1970s.
