Project Description

Caffeine intake is steadily increasing among students in today's modern society, particularly among those in the medical field. Caffeine use among medical students increases as a result of excessive workload, the practice of aligning learning to academic standards, and the necessity to be able to work for extended periods of time with high levels of concentration and productivity. The educational setting can pose a threat to the students' wellbeing due to the extremely competitive atmosphere of the field. As part of the research endeavor, the study covers the students’ frequency of consumption, the factors that influence coffee consumption, and the significant changes on their well-being, specifically: health and productivity.
