Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Image Description
The focus of my research revolves around ethics and diversity in the workplace. Specifically, I am investigating how organizations can develop diversity programs grounded in ethical frameworks that align with their unique goals, objectives, and identity. The photograph of Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights in Queens, New York, serves as a compelling visual representation of the diversity of the American society and importance of governmental protections against discrimination. This street holds symbolic significance as it reminds us of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s 1941 Executive Order 8802, which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, creed, or national origin in federal the government and defense-related administration. Along this bustling street are several businesses owned by individuals of diverse nationalities, employing individuals from various backgrounds. In the absence of formal policies or institutional requirements, they voluntarily incorporate diversity in their businesses. These businesses meet the local community's needs and add socio-economic value to American society.
