Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Conference Paper Description
Kosovo banking sector is young with ten licensed banks (as of August 2018), with majority of them in foreign ownership mainly from European Union (EU). Started to operate since 2000s, banking sector is characterized with stable growth, low nonperforming loans and increasing intermediation ratio. In order to identify determinants and sources of financing, loans and deposits are used, decomposed by original maturity since December 2000 (monthly frequency). Using specific statistical application, namely R software but not limited to, we try to show the key determinants, of sources, and of financing of the Kosovo Economy. Using decision tree and other models as well, we will try to shed some light of the determinants on the deposits side of banks and financing side. The paper is composed of two main blocks, with the first part describing main characteristics of the Kosovo banking, and second with showing results using particular statistical software.
