Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Conference Paper Description
SDH communication network is critical for the WARMAP system (a Power System Security and Stability Defense System) which transmits data and control command among different layers of control stations and devices. Figuring out the impact of communication failure on WARMAP will ensure the proper functioning of WARMAP. Firstly, this paper introduces the framework and workflow of WARMAP. And then, through a typical provincial level WARMAP system, WARMAP's demand on real-time performance and reliability requirement of SDH network are summarized. Following that, the impact of communication interruption, latency and bit error on WARMAP and their consequences on power system stability are analyzed in detail. Two case studies are performed to demonstrate the impact of communication latency on power system transient angle margin and the relationship between communication latency and the amount of tripped generations. The future research directions have been pointed out at the end of the paper.
