Conference Paper Description
The problems of thermal dynamic buckling of symmetrically angle-ply plates are analyzed. Both linear temperature-time relationship and thermal step loading are considered. The slution obtained for a uniform distribution of the temperature can be easily extended to the case of a nonuniform exponential thermal field provided the variations of the temperature across the platform are small.
