Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
Citation Benchmarking is provided by Scopus and SciVal and is different from the metrics context provided by PlumX Metrics.

First elected to the Florida Senate in 2006, Deutch is now in his sixth term in the US House of Representatives where he is Chair of the Ethics Committee, a senior member of the Judiciary Committee and Foreign Affairs Committee and also Chair of the Middle East and International Terrorism Subcommittee. Senator Lori Berman: graduated from Tufts and both George Washington University Law and the University of Miami Law School. After serving in the State House of Representatives from 2010-2018, she was elected to the Florida State Senate in 2018, where she serves on the Education Committee, Environment and Natural Resources Committee and is Vice Chair of the Health Policy Committee. Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer: graduated cum laude from Harvard and received his law degree from Georgetown. First elected to the Boca Raton City Council in 2014, he was elected mayor in 2018 and reelected in 2020, both with the highest vote totals in the city's history.
