Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
Citation Benchmarking is provided by Scopus and SciVal and is different from the metrics context provided by PlumX Metrics.

Article Description
El movimiento de la creatividad en la universidad comienza en Buffalo (Nueva York) a mediados del siglo. En 1975 creaba su «Master of Science in creative Studies». De ahí se difundió por Norteamérica. Su metodología preferida es el «Creative problem Solving» de Osborn, el «Análsiis Morfológico» o la «Lista de Atributos». En España recibió un fuerte impulso con la Ley General de Educación de 1970. La Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, desde 1976 publica la revista «Innovación Creadora». La investigación científica, los descubrimientos tecnológicos y la creación artística son tres objetivos "creativos" de la universidad. Establecer nuevas síntesis del saber, elevar la capacidad innovadora de los titulados y fundir renovadoramente la teoría y la práctica debe dar nuevo sentido a la lección magistral, los seminarios y los grupos de trabajo. La creatividad eurísticas y didácticas deben conjugarse en todo momento. La creatividad es un objetivo que puede dar dinamismo y altura a nuestra universidad.Autores:Ricardo Marín Ibáñez.
