thesis / dissertation description
Caregiving can be a demanding role that not many feel they are prepared to take on. There are many factors that go into caregiving and there are many areas of caregiver’s lives that are changed, which is something that the literature reveals. The purpose of this study was to interview one caregiver and to analyze their experience. Further, the responses given were analyzed and compared to the research that has been done. Based on the caregiver’s responses, it is clear that their experience is not completely reflective of the results of the literature. Limitations and implications are made as well.
