article description
The Miller Ranch interpretive plan recommends interpreting the Miller house as it was when the Millers lived there, and using the other ranch buildings, include a historic Forest Service office and a large livestock and hay barn, for interpretation and related activities such as workshops. The site survey, historical research, and interpretive plan were completed by University of Wyoming American Studies students as part of a summer field course and summer internship under the supervision of Mary Humstone. This interpretive plan was developed for the National Elk Refuge and in cooperation with the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
