Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
It presents the main results of a Delphi study conducted with library experts, involved in providing information products and services. The opinions of these experts were evaluated on the future of libraries in Brazil in 2018. A web information system was developed to support four rounds of the survey, which received contributions from 16 experts (first round) and 14 respondents in the next three rounds. The study presents the results divided into three categories: consensus, consensus tendency and without consensus. The results are presented in three categories: consensus, tendency to consensus and without consensus. The data reveal the impact of information and communication technologies in information access, forcing libraries to rethink the provision of services and products in digital environments, using new technologies such as collaborative Web 2.0 and new forms of network access, such as the tablets and smartphones. In 2018 the remote service will be consolidated, thus the contact hours will be reduced but will continue to be offered by the librarian.
