Article Description
Resumen Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar de qué manera el ingreso de la Educación Emocional (EE) en el campo educativo (re)configura los sentidos sobre el trabajo docente, en el marco de procesos de terapeutización de lo educativo y un contexto de radicalización del paradigma neoliberal en educación. Se centra, para esto, en el análisis de entrevistas a educadoras/es en el Gran Buenos Aires, que ha permitido advertir una tendencia a culpabilizar a las/os docentes por las problemáticas educativas, que se traslada hacia la exigencia de una formación para la adquisición de las competencias emocionales consideradas imprescindibles para su abordaje. La tarea docente se vuelca, cada vez más, hacia intervenciones centradas en lo emocional, en clave terapéutica. La investigación alerta sobre la emocionalización del rol docente que refuerza procesos de individualización y atomización en el campo educativo, legitimando, así, el orden social capitalista neoliberal.
