If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
Citation Benchmarking is provided by Scopus and SciVal and is different from the metrics context provided by PlumX Metrics.

Resumen En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de las iniciativas y acciones estudiantiles de tres escuelas preuniversitarias de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, a través de la red social Instagram de sus respectivos centros de estudiantes. Desde la perspectiva metodológica de la etnografía digital, y a partir de categorías propias de los campos de juventudes y movimiento estudiantil en general -y de ciudadanía digital en particular-, se reconstruyen los formatos, contenidos, actividades y demandas expresadas por los estudiantes en entornos virtuales durante 2020 y 2021.
