The world has grown increasingly in the organizational field where the service has become a competitive advantage for business. For entities as the Colombian Consulate General in London, as a big and imperative institution of the government, is of vital importance to maintain a fresh image in all matters in order to be a portal of prosperity and satisfaction for the community. The detection of relevant factors of service at the consulate and guidelines for its improvement will make of the consulate a more enjoyable organization for the Colombian community resident in the UK.
