thesis / dissertation description
The following case study analyzes and describes how the internal conflict led the Central African Republic to be considered a failed State, and this notion posed challenges to peace missions, of the United Nations MINUSCA and to the mission of the Economic Community of Central African States MICOPAX regarding the resolution of the conflict, given the lasting nature of the violence. To do this, this research will focus on Robert I. Rotberg's conception of failed State, under the points of, essential political goods, internal violence and internal fragility.
