thesis / dissertation description
The Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe of 2004 was the result of a serie of debates that began into the franc-german axis, and they expanded to the others member States and the Candidate States from centre and oriental Europe of Europe Union. Through the European Convention, It was created a draft of the Constitutional Treaty and after, in the Intergovernmental Conference It was negociated and signed by the Chiefs of States and Governments. This pretends to explain and analyse the different positions that France and Germany had, respect to all the european constitutional process under the New Raison d"Etat as a tool of the Foreign Policy Analysis.
