The present study of organizational climate in Supertiendas Olímpica S.A, analyzes the measurements that were conducted between May 9, 2011 and November 1, 2011. During this period took place one measures of organizational climate through the implementation of the tool IMCOC developed by Carlos Eduardo Mendez Alvarez. This measurement was developed to measure the impact on perceptions of organizational climate that have employees of Supertiendas Olímpica S.A, especially Olímpica Suba.
