system nervous infections are important sources of morbidity and mortality in the world, due to different factors since they are the wide use of antibiotics that though they contribute successfully to the managing of infections, but the evil use for auto medication or incomplete treatments favor the emergency of resistant organisms and the existence of " infectious caresses " that include the syndrome of inflammatory reconstitution (IRIS). Additional the growth of the populations immunodeficiency syndrome acquired (AIDS) and for aggressive treatments for solid transplant or hematic have improved the survival of different types of malices and alterations rheumatologic but they are populations who have more susceptibility to contract system neurvous infections and encephalitis happened immunologic , since it is the spread sharp encefalomielitis (ADEM) or the encephalitis against the receptor of N-metil-D aspartato (NMDA).
