In this Project we design a tool to determine the potential of internationalization of the company. Identifying the most important areas of an organization and evaluating them to be able to locate them within a scale. Different theories appear to develop the tool. The tool is applied to a Colombian SME that produces car windows. The solution of the tool is to be able to standardize all the defined areas and to be able to project them like a single system to be able to advance at the next level of internationalization. The Colombian companies need to compete in the global market to develop a practice and knowledge that will give an advantage and position in long term .
