Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Conference Paper Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant negative impact on the educational system, resulting in an increased emphasis on expediting the process of digitalizing education. Therefore, the incorporation of Metaverse exhibits considerable promise in constructing a resilient framework for the future of higher education. The objective of this study is to examine the potential ramifications of Metaverse technology on higher education. More specifically, it aims to investigate the potential advantages that the higher education sector could derive from the envisioned virtual environment. The present study utilised a theoretical systematic review technique in accordance with the PRISMA approach to examine and synthesise extant material pertaining to the utilisation of the Metaverse in higher education. This study examines various concepts and terminology associated with the subject matter and explores their potential implications. The research findings presented in this study offer evidence to support the feasibility of incorporating virtual reality technology in the realm of higher education. This integration has the potential to better interactions between humans and computers, as well as improve the overall experience between students and teachers. To the best of the researcher's knowledge, this study is the first attempt to provide a thorough description of the educational Metaverse within the context of higher education. Additionally, the study aims to investigate the potential consequences of the educational Metaverse in the future. Furthermore, this research possesses practical significance as it has assisted educational authorities in understanding the importance of the Metaverse within the domain of higher education. As a result, this has enhanced their capacity to formulate objectives and strategies that are aligned with the concept of the Metaverse. Owing to the emerging nature of this particular field, there is a limited availability of relevant scholarly material. This work contributes to the existing body of knowledge and suggests the need for additional research.
