Conference Paper Description
The hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation-inclined tube sedimentation-air floatation-disinfection-air flotation-filtration process was introduced, and it was applied in a down wastewater treatment project of a jacket factory. The design scale of this project was 800m/d. The influent pollutants concentration was an follows: CODCr was 800 mg • L, BOD5 was 450 mg • L, NH3-N was 30 mg • L and SS was 250 mg • L. The BOD5, CODCr, NH3-N and SS of the effluent were less than 10 mg• L, 50 mg • L, 5 mg• L and 10 mg • L, especially, which can reach the requirements of The reuse of urban recycling water—Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous use(GB/T 18,920–2020). The treatment cost was about CNY 0.49/m, and this project shows good economic and environment benefits.
