Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Book Chapter Description
Global warming and air pollution are two of the most severe problems faced by humanity in recent years. Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions caused by vehicles make up for a sizeable portion of the cause of these problems. To mitigate the effects of vehicles on air pollution and global warming, sustainable and environmentally friendly measures are to be taken. Therefore, authorities of many institutions have looked for alternative sustainable transportation systems to implement. In this study, four different alternatives are presented, which aim to provide sustainable and green university campuses by implementing alternative transportation systems. Presented alternatives are, namely, optimizing the performance of current shuttle operations, converting current shuttles into electric vehicles, implementing bicycle, scooter sharing, and implementing carpooling of the vehicles used in the campus. These alternatives are then assessed by the experts according to 10 criteria, which are grouped under 4 main criteria aspects, which are cost aspect, technical aspect, operational aspect, and health and environmental aspect. We aim to propose an extension of the Proximity Indexed Value (PIV) method in q-Rung Orthopair (q-ROF). q-ROF PIV method is combined with a new algorithm for determining the weight coefficients of the criteria, which is based on the application of a logarithmic additive function to define the relationship between the criteria. A case study can illustrate the formula and solution to the problem. As the assessments of the experts are gathered and analyzed, the advantage prioritization of the alternatives shows that converting current shuttles into electric vehicles is the most advantageous alternative.
