Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Conference Paper Description
Abstract Magnetism of 10 nm size capped nanoparticles, NPs, of non-magnetic ZnOis analysed in terms of the surface band since, as magnetic dichroism analysis has pointed out, impurity atoms bonded to the surface act as donor or acceptor of electrons that occupy the surface states. Due to the nanometric scale of the particles the kinetic energy spectrum of the surface states can be considered as discrete. Therefore, the magnetic polarisation cannot be easily induced by pumping electrons to energy levels above the Fermi energy. It is in the Fermi level itself, generally unfilled, that develops a spontaneous magneticmoment similarly to that induced byHund rules in unfilled atomic orbitals. It is shown, however, that the total magnetic moment of the surface originated at the unfilled Fermi level can reach values as large as 10 or 10 Bohr magnetons. © Springer Science+Business Media B.V. 2010.
