Article Description

Abstract: The synthesis of propargyl amine derivatives was carried out via multicomponent reaction of substituted 1,3-diphenyl pyrazole aldehyde, phenyl acetylene, and morpholine in the presence of iron oxide-supported copper oxide nanocatalyst (Nanocat-Fe-CuO) with good yields. The Nanocat-Fe-CuO was easily separated from the products and reused to catalyze the reaction again with good yield. In the absence of catalyst reaction was not proceeding to any extent. The formation of compounds was confirmed on the basis of their IR, H-NMR, C-NMR, and mass spectral techniques.
