If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Review Description
Além das infestações e das infecções bacterianas relatadas na parte I, o estudo da entomodermatoscopia envolve também as descrições de achados dermatoscópicos de um crescente número de infecções virais e fúngicas, entre outras. No presente artigo serão descritas as principais situações clínicas em infecções virais onde a dermatoscopia pode ser útil, como na avaliação de verrugas virais, molusco contagioso e até mesmo em cenários como a infecção de magnitude pandêmica COVID‐19. Já nas infecções fúngicas, a dermatoscopia se mostra particularmente importante não somente na avaliação da superfície cutânea, mas tambem de fâneros como cabelos e unhas. O diagnóstico diferencial com tumores cutâneos, especialmente melanoma, pode ser facilitado pela dermatoscopia, notadamente na avaliação de casos de verrugas plantares, onicomicose e tinea nigra.
