Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
In this study, we synthesized three new, entirely bio-based benzoxazines using rosin-based dehydroabietylamine, luteolin, quercetin, hydroquinone, and paraformaldehyde. The chemical structures of DL (dehydroabietylamine, luteolin), DQ (dehydroabietylamine, quercetin), and DH (dehydroabietylamine, hydroquinone) were measured using NMR and curing processes that used DSC, FTIR and TGA analysis. Then bamboo samples were coated with the three monomers by high-pressure dipping, and the polymer coatings were hot-pressed onto the bamboo surface. The results showed that the dimensional stability and anti-fungal of the bamboo improved after immersion, and the experimental group hardly grows fungus. In addition, the water contact angles and mechanical properties of the polymer-coated bamboo also improved, especially the tensile strength of treated-bamboo samples is twice that of raw bamboo, while the elongation at break almost has no change. Also, resistance to aging and corrosion have also been significantly enhanced. Thus, our result demonstrates that these three bio-based benzoxazine resins based on dehydroabietylamine have numerous potential applications in various fields through an innovative combination of bamboo and benzoxazine.
