Metric Options: CountsSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
Effect of temperature and O 2 pressure on the gaseous species produced during the combustion of aluminum is studied using first principles calculations and considering the thermodynamics of the gas phase equilibrium composed of Al, O 2, AlO, Al 2 O, AlO 2, Al 2 O 2 and Al 2 O 3. AlO partial pressure dominates all the range of O 2 pressures/temperatures. AlO 2 is the second most abundant species at low to intermediate temperatures (12001727 °C) and Al 2 O at higher temperatures (3300 °C). Al 2 O and Al 2 O 2 are stable when ionized into mass spectrometer. Al 2 O 3, AlO 2 and, to a lesser extent AlO, will decompose, hindering their quantitative observation using this technique.
