Metric Options: Counts1 Year3 YearSelecting the 1-year or 3-year option will change the metrics count to percentiles, illustrating how an article or review compares to other articles or reviews within the selected time period in the same journal. Selecting the 1-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year. Selecting the 3-year option compares the metrics against other articles/reviews that were also published in the same calendar year plus the two years prior.
Example: if you select the 1-year option for an article published in 2019 and a metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019. If you select the 3-year option for the same article published in 2019 and the metric category shows 90%, that means that the article or review is performing better than 90% of the other articles/reviews published in that journal in 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Article Description
Optical properties of a conducting co-polymer of poly [(9,9-dioctyl-2,7-divinylenefluorenylene)- alt - co -{2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene}(PFO- co -MEH-PPV) have been investigated in various solvents and concentrations. The absorption spectra of PFO- co -MEH-PPV in tetrahydrofuran (THF) under a wide range of concentrations showed two bands at 455 and 480 nm. The ratio of the optical density between these two bands remained constant. Moreover, there was no new band detected at the end of the spectrum. This indicates the absence of the β-phase formation for all concentrations used. On the other hand, the fluorescence spectra of PFO- co -MEH-PPV, for low concentrations, showed two bands at 505 and 535 nm. At higher concentrations (above 500 nM), the fluorescence spectra were drastically changed. It can be seen that the band at 505 nm totally disappeared and there was only one band at 535 nm. The band at 535 nm could be due to the excimer state. Under pulsed laser excitation of Nd: YAG laser (λ ex = 355 nm), PFO- co -MEH-PPV produced dual amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) peaks at 515 and 540 nm. These ASE peaks could be attributed to the PFO- co -MEH-PPV chromophore and coexistence of two segments (excimer).
